Product Description

ODEX is an excellent option when unconsolidated formations are too dense or cobbly for Auger Drilling. ODEX is a down-hole air hammer system that is designed to advance casing during drilling. Once a desired depth is reached they eccentric bit can be retrieved leaving the casing in place for sampling or installations.

When the bore-hole is complete, the casing is retrieved to be used again.

Working principle

1.When start drilling, the reamer swings out and reams the hole wide ensure the casing tube to slide down along with the drilling strings.	3.To pull up casing tubes and grouting with some material to fill into the bottom of hole.

2.When the required depth is reached, reamer rotated in reversed direction, so that the reamer swings in, and then the drilling strings to be pulled up through the casing.	4 To continue the drilling with conventional drilling tools the bedrock.
