Operational Workflow Process

Forklift places entire stack of cans/bottles into unstacking station (hydraulic lift table)
Chain lifter transports packed pallet to the uppermost position of depalletizer
Four-sided clamps securely hold the uppermost layer from all sides, moving parallel to outlet multi-lane conveyor
Clamps return to original position after transfer
Pneumatic absorption hands remove the next layer's isolation pad, transferring it to pad collector
Chain lifter elevates pallet to designated height for subsequent layer processing
Process repeats until final layer is completed
Hydraulic system lowers empty pallet to bottom position, transferring to empty pallet stacker
Forklift removes empty pallet from system
