Depalletizer Workflow Process

Forklift places whole stack cans/bottles into unstacking station (hydraulic lift table)
Chain lifter transports packed pallet to the uppermost position
Four sides clamps secure the uppermost layer from all sides
Clamps move containers in parallel to outlet multi-lane conveyor
Clamps return to original position
Pneumatic absorption hands remove top layer isolation pad to collector
Chain lifter raises next layer to processing height
Process repeats until final layer is processed
Empty pallet transfers to stacker for forklift removal
