Operating Guidelines
The drilling fluid must not contain chemical impurities corrosive to metals and rubber components. Fluid temperature should not exceed 50°C. For optimal mud flushing performance, maintain water-to-mud ratio between 1.03-1.12, viscosity between 18-25S, silt content below 4%, sand particle diameter under 3 mm, and PH value around 7-8. Ensure mud is free from debris, weeds, leaves, and other impurities.
