Coal bed Gas Drilling Mud Treating System

As picture shown was our mud treating system used in Coal Bed Gas Drilling site. Our mud system not only suitable for oil drilling but also can be used for Coal bed gas drilling.

In this system, liquid--gas separator is very important, because it can prevent well kick due to gas cut mud. Liquid--gas separator is a special equipment of degassing the gas-invaded mud at the first grade. It is mainly used to remove big bubbles with diameter above 3mm and these bubbles refer to the expanded gas in the fluid that fill in some parts of well annulus.

This drilling site is one of the biggest coal bed gas field in Northwest China,  and the contractor is also the biggest local company named: Shen Hua Ning Xia Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd.
