The nozzle size of thermal foaming inkjet printer is relatively small (12.7mm), and there are some non-HP original one-inch nozzles (25.4mm) on the market. Usually, this inkjet printer has lower purchase cost, and it is also used in some occasions where the demand for inkjet printing height is relatively small. In the occasion of high demand for jet printing height, although the thermal foaming jet printer can achieve greater jet printing height by splicing nozzles. However, if the nozzles are spliced, there will be stitching marks, which will affect the printing effect to a certain extent. Too many nozzles are spliced, which is relatively troublesome to use.
