Joful Double shaft Waste Computer Shredder is used in crushing plastic,E waste,light metal scrap (with metal thickness less than 10mm),tire,rubber,aluminum,wood, large-scale hollow material (plastic and other large container), and a variety of mixed waste. Normally it 's used as pre shredder for coarse shredding, shred big size waste into small pieces for easy reprocessing, storage and transportation,creating new value from reusable wastes.

The shredder is adopted with high alloy heat treated cutter for extra long life,anti-corrosive and wear-resistant,NSK tapered roller bearings, hexagonal cutter shafts designed for extra durability. The knives use imported high-quality alloy steel,with high strength,good toughness,Shaft adopt a special material processed by CNC machine, with tough strength and can guarantee no out of shape problem after long time using. Besides,the shredder is control by PLC system, the blade can rotate in opposite direction and close automatically if something unexpected happens so can well protect the machine and very safe.

4. Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price.

The waste computers through the feeding system (belt conveyor,manual feeding or forklift feeding) into the shredding chamber ,The material is taken up by the cutting rotor and shredded repeatedly against the stator blade, using the tried-and-tested rotor/stator principle. This continues until the desired size has been achieved and the material can pass through the perforated screen underneath.Or use open mouth bottom,the crushed computers can directly come out from shredding chamber,this will be more large capacity and also more large output size
