traditional hot feeding extrusion technology, the pin type
cold-feeding extrusion machine dose not need hot keading, so it
occupies smaller space,lower investment,less labor but the better
extrusion performance. Because of its multi advantages, it occupied
the 70% rubber extrusion market and the pin type cold-feeding
technology is largely improved. It not only replaces the
hot-feeding extrusion machine, but also be widely used in the
rubber hot kneading and calandering, like the tire buffer

Rubber Extrusion Machine Description:
1. The barrel is composed of several zones. the spiral slots is
made in the feeding zone of barrel to increase the feeding capacity working together with feeding rolls , different number of pins are fitted which enhance mixing and plastic capacity for extrusion material in the plasticity and extrusion zone,.
2. The screws and barrels are made of high quality alloy steel with
nitrogen hardening which makes it more wear-resistant and more corrosion protection.
3. The temperature each zone may be automatically probed and
controlled by hot water circulating device with good sensitivity, and can be adjusted according to requirement of process.
4. The extruder is driven by a change frequency motor or D.C motor,
which achieve continuous and smooth speed regulation.
5. For adopting of higher efficiency screw and pin-barrel, the
extruders have better mixing and plasticating result, higher extrusion capacity, and lower temperature for
output of production and the quality of product are raise.
