Silicone female torso

Will you please contact me if you are able to manufacture female mannequin torsos to the specification detailed here? PRODUCT SPECIFICATION The torso frame can be constructed out of any long lasting product such as wire or moulded polystyrene.
    The finish must be made as true to life as possible probably using medical grade silicone.
    The breasts in particular will have the exact characteristics of female breasts.
     Moulded female torso size - Neck through to half thigh.
     Approximately 850mm in height. Touch and give of the skin to be as realistic as possible to that of a human skin. Breasts must be realistic in shape, weight and touch and have soft nipples.
     One size only. Neutral colour. No moveable parts or apertures. No add-ons such as facial features or hair etc.
     Torso fixed on to a detachable 3 leg adjustable 700mm 900mm height chrome stand on castors. The torso is not for use as a sexual product, but as a guide to the quality required please refer to this web site.
