    Florence Siaka a widow at 68yrs from Temnes Region Of Freetown Sierra Leone and I am the wife of late Chief Williams Siaka , my husband was the immediate son of the Great (Probyn Steven Siaka) whom was the president of Sierra Leone from 1971-1985, My late husband due to our family heritage held a lot of good position in the government of Alhaji Ahmed Tejan Kabbah my country president, he was the formal chairman board of directors national gold and Diamond mining corporations of Sierra Leone, In the event that led to the reinstatements of the government of Alhaji Ahmed Tejan Kabbah, by the Ecomog Forces (West African Peace keeping force) There was an intensive Bloody fighting between Ecomog forces and Rebel forces Revolutionary United Front (R.u.f) loyal to Coporal Foday Sankoh whom were in charge of Freetown before the arrival of ecomog Forces. During this period of political instability my Husband brought home an amount of $19,000,000 Nineteen Million United States Dollars, secured from his office which was a proceed from the sale of our family Diamond Land Deposits to an American Corporation. Due to the ongoing war in my country as at that time my late Husband Hurriedly concealed the funds in a trunk box and shifted it to Accra Ghana in a safety and trust company, he deposited the funds which is inside the trunk box as personal belonging to his foreign partner and use the name of our Son as the Next of kin to the Depositor.
    The safety and trust company doesn\\\'t know the real content of the trunk box, they only know that the content is personal belongings. Two Days after my Husbands arrival in Freetown Sierra Leone , he was assassinated with my daughter in our country Home by the Rebel Forces (R.u.F) Upon hearing the news of my husbands Death I was devastated and left Freetown with my son and all documents covering the deposit in the safety and Trust company.
    The Rebels whom killed my late husband destroyed everything I and my Husband worked for,We went to Accra Ghana through a fishing boat; we saw hell as many other Refugees whom were fleeing from the war lost their lives in the boat, Since my Arrival in Ghana I have been in Hospital, I have been suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder/ cancer, I thank GOD I am a little bit fit now, Last Week by the Grace of GOD I located the safety and trust company, I presented the documents to them for them to release the Deposit to me they made it categorically clear to me that unless I present a foreign partner before the deposit can be released to me, they refer me to the agreement my late husband made with them.
    That stated accordingly.
