PROCEDURES



1. LOI(Letter of Intent)/ICPO(Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) along with bank references and Soft Probe authorization from Buyer.



2. Seller sends his FCO (Full Corporate Offer) and Draft Contract.



3. Seller receives Draft Contract signed and sealed by Buyer. All comments and/or changes to the Contract to be highlighted for Sellers consideration. Seller receives approval on the Verbiage of Payment Instrument by the Buyer.



4. Final Contract countersigned.



5. Hard copies are exchanged.



6. Seller receives copy of SWIFT for issuance of the payment instrument.



7. Seller issues 2% Performance Bond and Proof of Product (POP).



8. Shipping of cement commences within 30 to 45 days from a date of Sellers receipt of the acceptable and operative payment instrument.
