Laminated safety glass is comprising with two pieces or more than two pieces of glass sheets with a sheet or several sheets of PVB. Mechanical performances:

Impact resistance: Use a 227g weight steel-ball falling free from 2 meters height to impact the test-sample, the steel-ball couldn't penetrate the test-sample. The total weight of fragments on the reverse side is no more than 20g.

Penetration resistance: Use a 2260g steel-ball falling free from 4 meters height to impact the sample, the ball couldn't penetrate the sample.

Impact by head-like model: Use a head-like model falling free from 4 meters height to impact the sample, the head-like model couldn't penetrate the sample; moreover, there's no large piece of fragments drop.

Optical performances: Transmittance75%

Second Image Migration: The maximum migration between the first and the second image: A or a zone is 15`,B or b zone is 25`.

Light distortion: The maximum light distortion is A or a to be 2`,B or b to be 6`.

Radiation resistance: After illuminated 100 hours by a special light resource, the transmittance relatively reduced 5%.

Heat resistance: After boiling 2 hours, there's no air bubble or defect appeared on edge which is over 15mm from edge or 10mm from break.

Scratch resistance: According to the result of scratch-proof testing. The foggy rate is 2%.

Wet resistance: According to the result of wet-proof testing, nothing obviously changed on the edge which is over 10mm of the sample (such as color changing, bubbles, mist).
