This machine provides automatic leaks testing for car battery.

SEQUENCE OF OPERATION:
======================
As a battery enters the testing area, it automatically positions itself and pauses momentarily. The blowgun will be automatically downwards to insert into the vent holes of battery and blow in air. If the battery is NG, the air pressure will be lost and this machine will sound an alarm, then automatically rejects this battery. If a battery passes the test, it is then deemed to have completed the leak test. The entire testing procedure is automatic.

FEATURE:
========
The equipment features power indeed and output roller conveyors. The leak testing cycle is completely automatic.
This leak testing machine complete with 3 sets of blowgun. One is suitable to test the battery up to N100, the other two is suitable to test the battery N120 and upward.
Cycle time: Approximate 20 sec/cycle.
Production capacity: 2~3 pcs/min.
It is easily to change the blowgun, and the distance between the blowguns can be adjustable.
