Automatic soft gelatin encapsulation machine is a new generation of roller die and water cooling type soft gelatin encapsulation machine, which is perfectly designed and precisely manufactured on the basis of foreign latest technology. Its main technical index reaches to the international advanced level and conforms to the GMP standard.



The softgel production line consists of the main machine, gelatin melting tank, insulated

gelatin storage tank, electric control cabinet, conveyor, shape/drying rotary cage,

and colloid mill.

The working principles are as follows: put the oil, gelatin-insoluble liquid, paste,

plaster (for example extract plaster from Chinese herbs) inject in-between 2

gelatin skin quantification, through 2 roller dies and press, and cutting into

various shapes of soft capsules, such as egg shape, fish shape, cylinder, ball

shape, and calabash shape. The product is widely used in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics,

health food and pesticides.
