Firstly, please have a look at some normal quality problems of Drum Cleaning Blades.

2) wideness: if too wide, it will ruin your drum and make the harsh noise when working; if too narrow, it can not shave the drum.

We purchase the quality proved original chemical raw materials

and concoct them accordingly to manufacture the certain

Polyester, then rubber. Why don't we buy the whole sheet of rubber from other suppliers as other suppliers do? The reason

is that we well understand that high quality rubber is the basis of hardness and anti-heat in different models. We manufacture to match every model for above factors.



We use the automatic machinery cutting technology to cut the rubber into the exact size needed of every blades. Computer-controlled Q/C system can make sure the deviation is less than 0.02mm. After that, every rubber will be put under examination of microscope. Each piece with a small gap or has impurity will definitely be eliminated. At the same time, we will use the special detecting machine to check the hardness and only the proper ones will be kept. At last, the rubber and metal frame will be connected by automatic mould. Finally, we use the simulative copier to test every piece of finished Drum Cleaning Blade.
