We try to ship your item the next business day through FedEx Ground after receiving the payment, you should usually receive it within 5 business days but we do ask you to allow 5-7 business days for shipping. FedEx ground cutoff time is 10am and if we receive your payment after 10am, your sink will ship out the following day.
Do you inspect your ensembles before shipping?
All merchandise is thoroughly inspected prior to shipping.
What If my sink is damaged during shipping?
In the unfortunate event that your item is damaged during shipping, we ask you to report the damage to FedEx at once. The best practice is to open the package right away and notify the damage if any. Please contact us by sending email to   within 3 days of receipt, no claims will be entertained after the deadline of 3 days. Uninsured items are not eligible for a replacement/refund if damaged during shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable in any instance.
