aluminum roll materials in a thinner dimension are compounded
together to form an aluminum panel with the thickness as
required. According to the requirement, the alloy brand and
condition of aluminum rolls can be adjusted, when the material
is used for surface layer and middle layer. Then, the optimized
composite is obtained.

1) Front side: aluminum roll coated PVDF (based on KYNAR500) or polyester
2) Core: multi-pore aluminum
3) Rear side: aluminum coated with polyester

Characteristics:
1) High Intensity: since multi-pore aluminum roll materials are used
for the middle layer, it saves 20% materials based on the whole
decorative panel. Moreover, appearance density is 20% lower
than that of normal panels. However, it has the mechanical property
of composite materials, so its strength is higher than that of single
aluminum plates of the same thickness.
