The Baking Oven is composed of the body, conveyor belt, conveyor belt cleaning device, temperature control, heating system etc. The outer body is generally made of carbon steel, with the outer body and the chamber filled with multi layers of rockwool for insulation purposes. The chamber may use mild steel or stainless steel for fabrication. The conveyor belt is equipped with pneumatic tensioning, pneumatic tracking, and limit switches with alarms if it runs out of track. The conveyor belt cleaning device is for cleaning the belt if it is stuck with foreign articles. The baking oven comes in both electric fired and gas fired oven options.
 Direct Gas Fired Baking Oven

The medium may be natural gas, LPG or LNG. The safety installations for the baking oven include safety protections on the gas supply system, an automatic gas shut-off if the oven fails to ignite, an alarm warning if there is leakage of gas, a set of air blast gas equipment on top of the oven, an automatic flame detection and ignition system for individual burners, a complete automatic procedure of oven shut down, etc.

The electric oven heating system uses long-life heating elements installed above and below the belt conveyor. The electric elements with heat dispersion are installed to achieve the best heating effect and to make it longer lasting. The design allows easy maintenance and replacement of the elements. It also uses PID pulsing control with solid state relay and control by thermostats to monitor the heating temperature inside the chamber, and to always keep it at a constant temperature. Each temperature zone is equipped with a set of independent heat circulating systems to make sure it reaches the highest heat rating, energy savings, and evenness of firing.
 
Electrical Firing Baking Oven

This model uses electric elements as a medium to directly fire the chamber and reach the desired baking effect. It has a simple structure and has easy maintenance. It also uses PID pulsing control with solid state relay and control by thermostats to monitor the heating temperature inside the chamber, and to always keep it at a constant temperature.
