Injection Unit
1. Large L/D ratio of injection screw 20:1 for MKIII
2. 5-stage injection speed and 7-stage injection pressure control suitable for precision moulding.
3. Temperature controller with precision of ¡À1oC. 
4. Injection screw directly driven by a high-torque hydraulic motor with 99-step plasticisation speed control for processing engineering plastics.
5. Decompression device to prevent nozzle from drooling.
6. Adjustable back pressure control. 
7. Pressure gauge for indication of back pressure for models JM128MKIII and above.
8. Self-lubricating bushes used in guide rods and tie bars for smooth running and eliminating the need of external lubrication which may result in contamination of machine surfaces and plastic goods.
9. Cold start prevention device equipped with an alarm device to prevent the damage to injection screw caused by insufficient plasticising temperature.
10. Auto-tuning PID barrel temperature control gives prompt and precise temperature control upon direct reading of thermocouple signal through AD converter. 
11. Automatic detection of blocked nozzle and resin overflow.
 
Clamping Unit
1. Large mould capacity due to increased opening stroke, mould thickness, and space between tie bars.
2. Mould platens and toggles are made of high precision nodular cast iron for robust structure.
3. Hard chrome plated and hardened high tensile steel tie bars provide wear resistance.
4. Multi-stage clamping speed and pressure controls.
5. Boost clamping function, saves mould close time up to 70%.
6. Automatic setting of high pressure mould close position. 
7. Hydraulic ejector with multiple-knock-out function. 
8. Double electric safety interlock and mechanical safety interlock ensure the safety of the operator.
9. Photo-cell or timer for recycle control. 
10. Automatic lubrication system.
11. With vibrated ejection technology, the ejector can make another ejection motion without retracting to the end-position shortening the cycle time.
