Adjustable headrest, along with newly designed oversized, high density foam shoulder pads, offer additional support multi-position, removable foot bar can be easily adjusted and locked into place high density padded cushion assembly for increased comfort and support ropes easily adjust to adapt to a variety of users and feature padded, double loop handles elevated exercise surface makes mounting and dismounting easier, and allows the user to perform more advanced exercises requiring ground clearance.Also aids when instructing, as the height allows good posture while teaching.
