Product Description
SP-5313SP-5315SP-5316SP-5317SP-5318 is a general purpose primer for SUPE systems for protection of steel with the following properties:
   Combines the toughness, adhesion and a high performance anticorrosive.
   Easy to apply and maintenance, price low.
   Shop primer steelwork should be operated by method of application air or airless spray.
   SP-5315, SP-5316 does not strict with request surface preparation. It is transforming rust-eaten.
   SP-5318 may be supply toughness high-build coat for primer steel.
   
Application Areas
As alkyd series primer, it is used for middle term protection of steel in atmospheric corrosion environment. It provides excellent protection as equipage, automobile, tanks and water-dipper. Avoid long-term exposure to underwater steel or galvanized sheet.

Practical coverage depends on surface roughness and application.
Shelf life:                Store in cool, dry conditions, in original unopened containers. 12 months from time of production. 
Application instructions
Application must be conducted by qualified contractor and specially trained builders.
Surface preparation:     Scale steel should be abrasive blast clean to Sa2.5, other steel should be sand clean to St3 such as welding, flame cutting, burning loss etc.

Safety Precautions
   Handle with care. Before and during use, observe all safety labels on packaging and paint follow all local or national safety regulations.
   This goes for personal protection such as, but not limited to, protection of lungs, eyes and of the skin, medical treatment in case of swallowing the paint or in case of other direct contact with the paint.
   Take precautions against possible risks of fire or explosion as well as protection of the environment. Apply only in well ventilated areas and ensure that adequate forced ventilation exists when applying paint in confined spaces or when the air is stagnant. 
Notes
   Film thicknesses: May be specified in anther film thickness than indicated depending on purpose area of use. This will alter spreading rate and may influence drying time and recoating interval. Normal range is 60-80 micron.
   Thinning: In normal circumstances use SP-X506, but note to add use level
   Colors: SP-5316 may be exposure atmosphere, the paint film change blushing.
