Usage method:
1.Blending: this Adhesive is one kind of solid powder. When using, put it in the 95% industrial alcohol with the best rate 1:4.
2.Metal material preparative before adhesion: before adhesion, the metal material must be handled with the ways of sandblasting, washing by acid and degrease.
3.Adhesive coating: after above step, you can coated adhesive by immersing metal material in the adhesive solution or spraying, then expose the metal material in the nature environment for almost 20 -30 minutes for dry, after the solution volatilization put the metal material in the heat equipment and keep the temperature in the range of 145-150 centigrade or 20 minutes. Then the metal material can be vulcanized immediately and also can be vulcanized in two mouths without influencing the adhesive strength and the metal material has have antirust function at the same time. Main usage:
This product mainly used as the adhesive for the rubber(nitrile rubber,polyurethane rubber,acrylic rubber)with metal in vulcanization (carbon steel, copper, aluminum and themselves alloy) to product various bone glue production.
Notices:
1.No fire on the worksite
2.Seal after use to avoid solution volatilizing.
3.Strictly control the store and heat temperature in the range required, for the adhesive is with the characteristics of heat sensitivity.
