The JT designed NSM-450 Wave Soldering System, is the result of many years of product and process improvements, that have resulted in the ultimate lead free wave soldering system. The NSM-450 is the third generation of lead free wave solder machine that incorporates the outstanding features of the WS & SM series.
FEATURES:
* Newly designed for easy access to all internal components.
* Newly developed Electromagnetic Pump System or Standard Motor Driven Pumps.
* Utilizes Windows XP Operating System for optimizing process control and IBM computer. All quality components are used such as: Siemens PLC, and Panasonic motors.
* Computerized spray-fluxing unit.
* Three zones of preheat with independent control of the temperature and airflow.
* Advanced MHD technology, even & consistent wave surface; No mechanical moving parts, reduced dross generation and ease of maintenance.
