It is applicable for filling powder into small bag and bottle with packing weight among 1-500g.

The main machine is completely made of stainless steel according with GMP and sanitary standard.

Adopting servo motor-driven filling type features high filling precision, long life and filling speed adjustable.
The stir apparatus is driven by slowdown motor which features low noise and long-lived.
The adjustable parameter formula for kinds of material can be reserved for future standby. The amout of formula can reserved at best 10.
Equipped with whole hermetic air damping hopper made of glass and stainless steel, so the condition of material in the hopper will be clear at a glance and no dust is leaked out.
The exit of filling nozzle is equipped with dust-suck device to prevent the environment of workshop from pollution.
It is suitable for kinds of material from super small powder to big granule by only changing screw accessory.
