Description features:Working with our trading partners we are able to offer Petroleum Products. Amounts from 450,000 and above per month with 12 - 24 month contracts available with CIF ASWP.
LPG - 50/50 PROPANE AND BUTANE MIX
Under 450,000 MT x 12 Months, USD 425 Gross / 415 Net, CIF.
450,000 to 950,000 MT x 12 Months, USD 420 Gross / 410 Net, CIF.
Over 1 Million MT x 12 Months, USD 415 Gross / 405 Net, CIF.
Bigger Amount with BG can be negotiate (reseller)
Inco terms: CIF ASWP
Inspection: SGS, CCIC or Similar by seller
Allocation Number: NoH/EXA17/07 (/17/07)
Country of origin: Russian Federation
Common Procedures:
Procedure shall be in accordance with the chronological Procedure and rules promulgated by International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Paris, France, for Sale and Purchase of Crude Oil and Petroleum Products.
1. Buyer sends an "Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) with full banking information and un-sanitized contact information" addressed to Seller.
2. Under Seller's acceptance of ICPO, Buyer sends a "Bank Comfort Letter (BCL) of One Month shipment amount value" to Seller nominated by Official Mandate.
3. Seller gets verification and authentication about Buyer's BCL from Seller in banking days.
4. Upon Seller's acknowledgement, Seller through Seller's Official Mandate sends FCO by e-mail with appropriate authorized signature and seal. Seller's full banking information to be included in FCO.
5. Buyer returns signed and sealed FCO with acknowledgement to Seller of which upon acceptance of draft contract, Buyer and Seller execute the contract.
6. Buyer and Seller sign NCND.
7. Seller's bank notifies the Buyer's bank that they are ready to issue non operative 2% PB to the Buyer's bank.
8. Buyer's and Seller's Banks communicate and agree on the final wording of DL/C.
9. Seller's bank issue non-operative 2% PB to the Buyer's bank.
10. The 2% PB will be placed in buyers bank account should the Seller fail to supply the cargo of the products, this 2% will be paid to the buyer and intermediaries accordingly as compensation.
11. Buyer's bank issue 100% irrevocable, transferable, revolving, DLC for each cargo shipment of monthly delivery to activate the 2% PB.
12. Seller's bank issue to buyers bank the proof of product. (POP)
13. The SGS inspection charges will be borne by the seller.
14. Shipment commences as per the contract.
15. Buyer releases payment to all Brokers/Agents same time out-turn shipment delivered per slot via SWIFT fund transfer within 23 banking days after discharge of cargo and receipt of all the relevant shipping documents.
