We have 720 hand lay-up worker including 480 staff who have 20
years working experience in hand lay-up fabrication.
For many years, we have been devoted in the hand lay-up molding and
development. Especially in hand-laid process pipe, we apply special
technique and add substance in resin to reduce air bulb greatly
thus increase the anti-corrosion property of the inner and sub
inner liner which is a great contribution to the Chinese FRP
industry. Testing results show that it is two levels better than
the similar products. 2. Filament winding process
We use our international advanced winding station imported from
Italy and digital-controlled winding machine developed by our own.
