Performance bond:
The seller against the buyers non-operative letter of credit will post a performance bond
Equavilent to the sum of 2% of the shipment value on a revolving basis until the total

Weight and quality inspection:
Societe generale de surveillance (sgs) at sellers cost shall inspect commodity at the place
Of loading. Societe generale de surveillance (sgs) shall issue an inspection certificate of
Quality and quantity for each shipment to certify that the goods are in good order and
Condition and being conform to the specifications herein stated
Vessel discharge:
In accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the time charter party agreement
With a guaranteed discharge rate of 1. 500 metric tonnes ( + / -5% ) per weather working day
Product insurance:
All risk marine insurance policy to be covered by the seller.
Procedures:
Buyer issue LOI / ICPO (Fully filled, bank info, signed and sealed)
Seller Send FCO
Buyer sign and seal FCO and return it to the seller
Seller issues draft contract in favour of the buyer.
Buyer signs and sents back the contract draft to the seller within 48 hours.
Seller sends 04 (four) hard copies duly signed & sealed. Buyer duly sign & seal all Copies and return back 02 (two) copies to the seller.
Within 10 (ten) working days of receiving the final hard copies, the buyer will issue The non-operative letter of credit in favour of the seller.
Within 10 (ten) working days of receipt of the non-operative letter of credit, the Seller will post the operative performance bond and proof of product which will Activate the letter of credit.
Delivery and shipment commence as per schedule mutually agreed
