CPE is mostly used with plastics or rubber except that little is usedas base materials. When used with plastics, it acts as modifier. CPE is mainlyused as impact modifier in UPVC products, to improve impact strength and low-temperature property. As modifier, CPE could be used with rubber to improve its properties, such as anti-combustion, insulation and anti-ageing.
