Functions and applications: Post ZD-5 is a anti-recovery agent and curing activator with good properties and mainly use in diene rubbers, especially in NR. It can improve degradation of vulcanizate crosslinking, density of degradation, and also improve heat stability of crosslinking efficiently. Under the curing temperature and the high using temperature, as Post ZD-5 has the function that can improve density and construction of degradation, it can improve anti-reversion index of polymer, and can significantly improve anti-reversion capability. By adding Post ZD-5, the rubber can keep good physical-mechanical properties under scorching and high temperature. Post ZD-5 is used in reversion protection of polymer when curing and high temperature curing, and reversion protection when using rubbers.
Post ZD-5 has inner lubricating function for rubber compound. It can decrease the Mooney viscosity and improve flowability of rubber, the blending of polymer and dispersion of additives, and also can improve processability and mixing rate. Post ZD-5 also can increase the modulus and hardness of vulcanizate, decrease the relaxation speed and heat build-up and fatigue. The dynamic load and the compression deflection of polymer under high temperature are decreased, and the service life is improved remarkably.
Post ZD-5 also can increase the keep rate of the modulus, strength at break and tear strength of hot curing rubber compound, and decrease its abrasion. Post ZD-5 improves the safety of scorching and processing.
