A fully integrated compact automatic batch blending plant is being offered for sale as a complete package on an as is / where is basis in Trinidad & Tobago. The plant was designed and fabricated in the United Kingdom and is ideally suited to small chemical plant operations. The electrics / electronics are fully integrated into the plant operating systems with a high visibility control / operation panel. The batch blending equipment has a nominal capacity of 400, 000 liters per annum on a normal eight hour working shift. The equipment is mounted on two steel skids that allow for easy transport and relocation of the facilities.
The plant comprises: -
- One 2400-litre stainless steel batch blending tank complete with large internal stirrer controlled by a speed differential motor with reversing capability.
- Two stainless steel decanting pumps with boom arms and drop tubes to facilitate the decanting of drums into the blending tank.
- Two Avery-Hardoll volumetric bulk meters for measuring products decanted into the bending tank.
- One stainless steel product transfer pump.
- One 1000-litre stainless steel auxiliary mixing tank outfitted with an internal heater and twin-propeller high-speed electrically driven stirrer.
- One 15000-litre stainless steel holding tank.
- One 10000-litre stainless steel holding tank
- Steel staging, stairs and catwalk to the plant
- Compressed air pipe-work for all controls throughout the plant
- Pipe-work to facilitate nitrogen blanketing for moisture control at all stages of manufacture.
- All pipe-work and fittings to the plant (except compressed air and nitrogen) , including pneumatically-operated on-line control valves, are stainless steel.
Additionally the Blending Plant is equipped with: -
- One compressor for controlling blending and filling operations.
- Three 600 gallon water storage tanks
- Two Gould water pumps
