Surface preparation: Surface must be thoroughly sound, clean, dry and free of grease, dirt and loose substance.
New wall surface: cure at least 30 days before painting, pH must be 10.0 or lower, water content must be lower than 10%. Remove loose aggregates; fill concrete holes with latex filler. Prime with specific sealer.
Previously painted surface: remove contaminants, dust and loose paint with water. Scrub heavy chalked areas with soap water. Remove all mildew by detergent. Rinse surface with water and allow to dry for 24 hours. Prime bare areas with primer specified under New Surfaces.
Dilute: Dilute with clean water, normally add 2-3 part of water to 10 parts of SP-8001, and stir well before use.
Method of application: Suitable for application by brush, roller and spray. Two coats of SP-8001 should be applied with a minimum of 2 hours drying between coats. Provide good ventilation for normal drying.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, and avoid freezing (no less than 0 deg. C.)Safety and environment protection
Mask should be worn to avoid the spray mist or sanding dust.
In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
In case of skin contact, remove the paint, washing with soap and water.
Do not empty any paint waste into drainages.
Dispose paint waste in accordance with the local Environmental Regulations. Attention
Do not apply below 5 deg. C. or above 85% relative humidity.
Clean all equipment with soap water immediately after use.
Allow at least seven days after application before washing with non-abrasive, mild detergent and clean cloth.
