We can supply different kinds of fire retardant fabric which can be made of NOMEX, MODACRYLIC,COTTON,POLYESTER or the blends.
Nomex FR fabric: It is inherent fire retardant and has excellent resistance to mildew, aging and abrasion and laundering. It dose not burn or melt in fire.
Usage:Petroleum, Petrochemicals, Military, Police, Firehouse, Metallurgy and Auto Racing
Modacrylic(modified acrylic):It is inherently flame resistant and perfect comfort. When combined with cotton or some other fiber, it's LOI will increase to 28 or so. Its performance of flame resistance will not deteriorate over time or reduced by laundering. It wont catch fire and will self-extinguish when removed from fire.
Usage: Can be used to make working uniforms and clothes for petrochemical, electrical or gas industry. Also is widely used to make mattresses for the airplanes.FR treated cotton or cotton/polyester fabric: Chemical and soils repellents, outstanding flame resistance and excellent dimensional stability and color fastness.
Usage: Protective clothing for workers exposed to thermal, electrical, welding, molten drops.
