SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT

+ Establish a joint-venture corporation among the four companies below:
1. Vietland Group (Viet Nam)
2. Invested Development International Co-operation Joint Stock Company (Viet Nam)
3. Your Company
+ Period of validity: 50 years
2. PROJECTS PURPOSE
Constructing a complex area that includes Resorts, Hotels, Houses, Seaside villas and Entertainment services located in Do Son and Cat Ba (Hai Phong).
3. CAPITAL AND INVESTMENT PLAN
+ Total capital in the first Phase (infrastructure): US$80 million
+ Total capital of complex project: more than US$900 million with about 38 categories of tourism and more than 100 secondary projects.
+ Types of Investment for those secondary projects:
- Direct investment of secondary investors in the form of making joint-venture between main investor (developer) and secondary investor in the project area.
- Secondary investors rents land from the main investor to construct articles in the project area and build infrastructures (like the model of an industrial park).
- Main investor (developer) raises capital or re-invests, directly invests in some secondary projects.
+ Projects period and progress.
- Complete the construction of major infrastructure (in the first phase of project) in the period of 3 years.
Ha Long area: complete the construction of major infrastructure in the period of 2 years.
Do Son area: complete the construction of major infrastructure in the period of 3 years.
- Complete the left in 3 years after.
- Main investor (Developer) expects to attract more than US$ 50- 100 million for `secondary projects before having investment license.
