Brief introduction:
This product was developed on the national and imported rotogravure equipment craft.This series product is easy to operate and has good appearance in design .The machine is suitable for printing roll plastic film paper cellophane and the other package material what can be finished continuously with many colors. It has such characteristics as high efficiency , wide printing range, abundant and delicate printing result, brilliant ink color, strong color cover, good color reappearance,high print rate.So far, it is a kind of ideal printing equipment as it has excellent quality low cost right price , and it is especially used for large quantity print ,such as package printing of cigarette wine and medicine.
Basic working principle :
The prints are tracted to the printing units by the tractor.The main motor which is consisted of frequency regulator,stalk and wheel gear provides the power to every printing units.Meanwhile,every printing unit has a independent ink box which provides ink to the printing roller.After going through the ink-cutting device,the ink is copied to the surface of the prints.Then they are dried by heat-drying and nature-drying box.Finally the prints go through the rewind unit and become the finished products.The whole process is controlled by industrial computer and automated adjusted.
