Brief introduction
This product was developed on the national and imported rotogravure equipment craft ,and the width of it is 800mm,1050mm.This series product is easy to operate and has good appearance in design .The machine is suitable for printing roll plastic film paper cellophane and the other package material what can be finished continuously with many colors. It has such characteristics as high efficiency , wide printing range, abundant and delicate printing result, brilliant ink color, strong color cover, good color reappearance,high print rate.So far, it is a kind of ideal printing equipment as it has excellent quality low cost right price , and it is especially used for large quantity print ,such as package printing of cigarette wine and medicine.
Basic working principle :The prints are tracted to the printing units by the tractor.The main motor which is consisted of frequency regulator,stalk and wheel gear provides the power to every printing units.Meanwhile,every printing unit has a independent ink box which provides ink to the printing roller.After going through the ink-cutting device,the ink is copied to the surface of the prints.Then they are dried by heat-drying and nature-drying box.Finally the prints go through the rewind unit and become the finished products.The whole process is controlled by industrial computer and automated adjusted.
Basic working principle :

Function characteristics
1.Unwinding and rewinding units:
They adopt turnover double-station rolling and releasing structure,receiving and replacing material without stopping the machine.
2.Tension control system:
Releasing tension adopts magnetic powder brake,rewinding adopts torque motor controlling.
3.Motor system:
The main machine adopts frequency control of motor speed.It has precise wheel gear.So the motor is accurate,the noise is low and the whole machine is drived steadily.
4.Printing unit:
1) Rolling bucket adopts steam-supported type
2)Unwinding and rewinding equipment:
It adopt turnover double-station rolling and releasing structure receiving and replacing material without stopping the machine. Therefore, it saves the time of exchanging paper-roll and improve the producing efficiency.
3)Tension control system:
Tension system adopts magnetic powder brake and the rewinding adopts torque motor controlling.
4) Transmission system:
The main machine adopts frequency control of motor speed.It has precise wheel gear.So the motor is accurate,the noise is low and the whole machine run steadily.
5) Printing unit:
(a)The rubber roller pneumatic pressurizes or unpressurizes and has the function of protective lock. Pressure can be randomly adjusted.
(b)The angle of scraper knife is adjustable in three-dimensional. The knife move back and forth so as to ensure the better graph quality and the longer life of the knife.
(c)Printing wall board is thicker high-density cast iron with good shake absorption. It makes a solid foundation for press operation with high speed.
6 Ink-feeding system:
It adopts ink spraying box which is the most advanced device in China.It can increase the ink strength to ensure the graph quality.Ink circulation system is formed and the ink in the box is used fully.
7 Dry system:
Every printing unit install a heat-drying box and a nature-drying box so that the ink in the plastic film can be dried as soon as possible. It adopts airproof high effective sirocco dry system and adjusts dry temperature automaticly electric power.So it can save energy and provide a better operating environment for the workers.
8 Automatic colour register system:
It adopts advanced computerized auto register system which has high register accuracy, so it can save time and materials at the start.
