The machine is used for printing on reel material of PVC, OPP, Dacron, Security mark, adhesive tape, etc.The material transfer of the machine is controlled by servo motor, the main drive part adopted the pneumatic device, and the printing position is followed and controlled by photocell.The machine has the characteristic of high accurate chromatic, steady material-transfer, automatic counter and alarm, convenient adjust and compact structure, etc.
Machine collocated with unwinding, screen-printing and tunnel oven.Length of material towing and screen-printing are controlled by SCM.Material towing adopts servo motor (Anchuan, Japan);Tracking photoelectric eye adopts Sick brand (German);Unwinding has the function of automatic edge corrector;Photoelectric switch adopts Futai brand (Taiwan).
