We are one of the biggeest player in the Turkish Steel market and we serve our local customers with our hot rolled, cold rolled, galvanized and electrogalvanize coated flat steel products; and international customers with pipes, profiles and steel packaging materials.
Our company has been established in 1975 and began the operations in the metal sector. In 1998 we activated the unique ''Continous Electrogalvanized Steel Sheet Coating facility in Turkey.
We are continuing our operations at ''Dilovasi Organized Industrial Zone'' which is one hour drive from the Istanbul centrum with a total surface area of 30. 000 m2comprising 10. 000 m2 indoor and 20. 000m2 outdoor space respectively. With its highly qualified staff, modern manufacturing techniques and always high quality understanding, adn have been providing services to approximately 15 different sectors including white household and automotive sector.
We started the biggest steel strapp production facility in our country on September 2006 and our goal is to make our company a leading brand which is always demanded by the customers in various sectors and to pioneer the new products with our investments. Our premises currently has a total sheet processing annual capacity of 130. 000tons, comprising 50. 000 Tons Electrogalvanized sheet production; 50. 000 Tons sheet slitting and dimensioning and 30. 000tons steel strapp production. Our steel strap production is being conducted under Tention Steel Strapping EN 13246 with German know-how; where we tighenten the tolerances down to production norms of Signode and correspondences.
The products we are currently exporting to USA, Canada, Spain, Germany, France, Greece, Russia, Ukraine Iran and the Middle East, are as follows;
Blue Waxed Steel Strapping Strips,
Black Painted Steel Strapping Strips,
Zinc Painted Steel Strapping Strips.
Bright and Zinc Coated Steel Seals.
