As grinding media, high alumina grinding balls are widely used in
the field of ceramics,
cement, painting, chemical industry, medicine and dope. They have
the following
advantages: high hardness, high density, anti-corrosion, and
regular appearance. Specifications:

Alumina support (inert alumina ceramic ball) is widely used in many
fields, such as petroleum, chemical engineering, fertilizer,
smelting, medical treatment and environmental protection. Being the
covering and supporting material and tower packing for catalyst in
the reactor, ceramic ball has the feature of high temperature and
pressure resistance, low water absorption, and stable chemical
performance. It can not only resist the corrosion from the acid,
alkali and other organic solvents, but also the temperature change
in production process. The main role of ceramic ball is to increase
the distributing spot of gas or liquid, also support and protect
the activated catalyst with low strength. Alumina balls are
available in following sizes:
1) Nominal sizes: 3, 6, 13, 19, 25, 38, 50
2) Bulk density range (kg/L): 1.6 to 2.5
3) Apparent porosity range (%): 1 to 20
4) Crushing strength range (kg): 50 to 1,600
