1. World famous brand programmable controller ( PLC ) adopted, some parameters can be changed conveniently according to user demands.
2. The rotating position of spray guns and position of leather are both inputted into PC, PC controls the valve solenoid to work or in order to realize automatic spraying. This removes the influence on the sparing precision caused by the leather moving speed fluctuation.
3. Continual sparing or point sparing selection.
4. Two semi-area sparing selections.
5. One or more sparing guns stop the sparing selection.
6. Sparing leather areas displayed.
7. Linear velocity and rotating speed displayed.
8. Troubles are examined by PC itself.
9. The drying chamber is heated by steam and equipped with air blowing cycling system. Temperature rises quickly and heat loss is minimized.
10. Steel wire ropes are used to transport leather.
11. World famous brand pneumatic elements are adopted which make the pneumatic system work with high reliability.
