Belt conveyer has the advantage of big amount of transfer, simple structure, easy maintain, and standardization of components. It is widely used in mining, metallurgical and coal industry to transfer incompact material or packaged material. According to transfer technical requirements, the transfer system can consist of only one belt conveyer or multi-conveyers, or combined with other transfer technical requirements to composed the horizontal or acclivitous transfer system for meeting the task needs of different disposal form.
The belt conveyers can be operated under the circumstance temperature range from -20 degree to 40 degree. the temperature of transferred material by this belt conveyer should be lower than 50 degree. the belt conveyers have following different types:
I Divide by Driving from:
1 STDJ-mECHANICAL dRIVE sERIES
it is drived by cycloidal pin-wheel reducer (with outdoor motor) and chain-drive structure form.
2 Mechanical Drive Series
it adopts side-hang reducer and belt-drive structure form.
3 STD-Electric Rotor Drive Series
It adopts directly drive form by electric rotor.
II Divided by Installation Form:
1 Fixed Series
2 Portable Series
It is equipped with type moving machine and adjusting equipment for transfer obiuity. It can be freely adjusted according to the loading task requirements.
III Divided by Structures:
The belt conveyers have three different structures:
1 U-steel
2 Frame
3 Truss
Remarks:
This is two kinds of conveyers, one of which is with repairing walk-way, andother is without repairing walk-way, the customer should state clearly at the ordering time.
