FTTH Horizontal Fiber Optic Splice Closure (FOSC)

Description features:Arc GJS-6006 is a horizontal and it type is the smallest one. 5 pieces of stainless bolts are used to seal FOSC cover and bottom while sealing fiber cable is achieved by tightening 2 pieces of plastic nuts. The FOSC is suitable for protecting splices of 2-4 pieces of fiber cables with max. diameter 14mm straight-through and branching applications. It can be placed in aerial, wall mounting applications. The closure is spacious enough for winding and storing fibers; Fiber optic splice trays are designed in SLIDE-IN-LOCK and its opening angle is above 90 degree; The curved diameter meets with international standard. Therefore it is easy and convenient for installation, maintenance and reuse. If required, the earthing deriving device can be installed on the housing of FOSC for deriving metallic parts of fiber cable for earthing connection.

Based on an advanced formula, the plastic parts are made of injection-molded, high-strength engineering plastic PC by numerical control equipment, therefore effectively prevent products from aging caused by coldness, heat, oxygen and ultraviolet radiation. The strong housing and main components provide fire resistant, waterproof, and quakeproof while protecting splices during pulling, torsioning and impacting.

GJS-6006 consists of one set of elastic seal fitting, our company patent product, which, based on an advanced formula, is made of injection-molded, high quality elastic sealing material by numerical control equipment. It is installed between FOSC cover and bottom. It also ensures good re-sealing performance after reuse for many times. Elastic seal fitting is a new breed in China and advanced internationally.

The capacity of bunchy FOST 022 is from 6 to 12 cores.
The capacity of bunchy FOST 023 is from 12 to 24 cores.
(Note: each ribbon fiber has multi-cores after fusion splicing)

PLEASE NOTE:
1. Outside dimension (LxWxH): 280mm x 200mm x 90mm
2. GJS-6006 is provided with one set of fixing kit for 3 pieces of fiber cables, for 1 piece of fiber cable with diameter 14mm, and 2 pieces of fiber cables with diameter 12mm. If required, we could provide one set of fixing kit for 4 pieces of fiber cable inlet/outlet ports or with diameter 12mm one set of fixing kit for 2 pieces of fiber cables diameter 14mm instead.
3. GJS-6006 can be placed in aerial or wall-mounting applications. While placing an order, type of application is to be clarified in order to provide proper configuration.
4. The installation accessories provided with FOSC: seal tape, 1 pieces of special wrench, aerial hanging hook or wallmounting fixer (either one is to be selected), abrasive cloth, earthing wire, nylon tie, labeling paper, measuring paper, desiccant. ( please refer to the Installation Accessories).
5. Accessories for customers selection: buffer tube for bunchy fiber, earthing deriving device. (please refer to the Installation Accessories).
