1. Buyer sends Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) with full banking information and not sanitized contact information address to the sellers.2. The Seller through Seller Mandate sends Full Corporate Offer (FCO) by email with appropriate authorized Signature and Seal3. The Buyer returns signed and sealed FCO with acknowledgment to the Seller by email.4. The Seller sends Contract to the Buyer. The Buyer executes the Contract with authorized Signature and Seal, ighlighting?and desired changes, and email back to the Seller with the Buyer Letter of Credit (L/C) banking information.5. Under Seller acceptance, the Buyer pays Transneft Fees calculated accordingly to the Ak Transneft bank account provided and forward the receipt to the Seller by email.6. Seller will then send conformation file to Xoserve for notification to your Transporter.7. Seller get verification and authentication about the Buyer Transneft fee payments from the AK Transneft bank and Seller will according to the agreement and endorse Prof of Product (POP) and allocation documents for the Buyer, and sends to Buyer postal address by courier services.8. Seller bank forwards POP.9. Buyer issue non-operative Letter of Credit (L/C) in favor of Seller bank account valid for 13 months. The Buyer bank shall be a top 25 World Bank.10.
