Description features:We are professional manufacturer of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC)equipments, including stocking raw materials, mixing, molding, forming, cutting, evaporating and curing, crane cramp, transporting etc., and we can supply complete set of equipments with 30, 50, 100, 150 and 300 thousand m3 manfuacturing capacity annuely. 1. Raw materials and techincal data:
(1). Quicklime: CaO content, more than 75%; clearing up time, 8-15 minute; clearing up temperature, more than 65 centi degree;; Overheating lime content, less than 8%; Ash content, less than 10%; MgO, less than 5%.
(2). Gypsum: dihydrate plaster stone or phosphogypsum, sulphur trioxide content, more than 35%.
(3). Aluminium powder: activated aluminium content, more than 90%.
(4). Cement: 32.5R bulk cement.
(6). Sand: SiO2 content, more than 85%; Clay content, more than 3%; Free from weed and carpolite.
2.Manufacturing process features:
(1). Pointing pouring: Saving workshop area and easy to centralized control, and solving the question of fixed pouring: eariler hard for aferwards pouring and unconvienent to cut.
(2). Machinery cut: Adopting overturning cutter, which can make 6 faces cut and cutted dimmensions sizes are accuate.
(3). Full automatic centralized control: Our process adopt electronic weigher to control from ingredients to pouring, and have higher automation.
(4). Workshop adopting big bay width design, which is easy to management and lower investment.
(5). Original cultivating before cutting: Quicken the hardness of concrete green body and reduce the staying time of concrete green body, and make green body better pore structure, higher brick strength and superior freeze proof performance, which is suited for production in winter and avoid the question of hardness in the middle and softness in the circumjacent caused by surroundings temperature difference.
(6). Original cultivating before steaming: Shorten the steaming time, improve manufacturing efficiency, free from cracking and higher rate of finished products.
(7). Combining vacuumizing process and evacuating process: Vacuumizing process and evacuating process are two different method for steaming and have their advantages and disadvantages, and we offer different process for clients choice. 3.Main technical data:
(1). Finished products: 600KG/m3;
(2). Proportion: cement, 8%; Quicklime, 19%; sand, 70%; Gypsum, 3%; aluminium powder, 450g/m3; addictives: 400g/m3.
(3). Each mould products: 4.0?.2?.6=2.88 m3.
(4). Agitation period: 6-7 minute;
(5). Pouring slurry temperature: 45-48 centi degree;;
(6). Concrete green body staying time: 2.0-2.5hours; staying temperture: 85-93centi degree;;
(7). Steaming with pressure: Entering into and out from kettle: 0.5 hour; vacuumizing process (evacuating process): 0.5 hour; Steping up: 1.5 hour; constant pressure: 7 hours (1.4 MPa); Steping down: 1.5 hours; total 11 hour
