1. The upper step running track of escalator (BLT-ES) 1.1 The left and right panels of the upper step running track are aligned on the single processing equipment and welded together with the main & sub wheel guide rail. Then the two panels should be aligned on the assembly processing equipment, and welded together with channel steel and gapless rail. Install the upper handrail drive, sub-wheel turning arm, oil-collecting box to form the upper step running track. 1.2 The unit is of the characteristics of high load capacity, anti-eccentricity, flat working surface of the guide rail, wear resisting, high precision of dimension, etc. It is fit for the escalators with the step width of 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm and inclination angle of 30o and 35o. 2. The lower step running track of escalator (BLT-ES) 2.1 The lower step running track is combined with left and right side curved plates, straight plate through welding with Channel steel and gapless rail. The left and right panels are made symmetrically and the main & sub wheel guide rail and return rail are welded and assembled on single processing equipment. 2.2 The cross structure leads to a smooth transition, no turnup and deformation occurred on it. The curved plate and straight panel could move flexibly when they are separated. 2.3 As the upper step running track, there are two structures with the inclination angle of 30o and 35o in the lower step running track, and also with the step width of 600mm, 800mm, 1,000mm. 3. The upper step running track of passenger conveyor (BLT-CS) 3.1 The left and right panels of the upper step running track are pitched on the single processing equipment and weld together with the main & sub wheel guide rail, then put the two panels on the assembly processing equipment and weld with channel steel and gapless rail; Install the upper handrail drive, sub-wheel turning arm and oil collecting box, etc. 3.2 The upper step running track is of the characteristics of high load capacity, anti-eccentricity of the step, flat working surface of the guide rail, wear resisting, high precise dimension, etc. It is fit for the escalators with the step width of 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm and inclination angle of 10o, 11o and 12o . 4. Then put the two panels on the assembly processing equipment and weld together with channel steel and gapless rail. Install the upper sub-wheel turning arm and tension device to form the lower step running track at last. 4.2 The cross position of the guide rail of the lower step running track is flat and no turnup and deformation occurred on it. The curved section and straight panel could move flexibly when they are separated and are of the higher precise dimension. 4.3 It is fit for the passenger conveyors with the step width of 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm and inclination angle of 10o, 11o and 12o . 5. Main drive for escalator and passenger conveyor (BLT-ES & CS) 5.1 The main parts are manufactured by the precise processing equipments and can turn freely and evenly with the lubrication device. It is fit for the escalators with the width of 600mm, 800mm, 1,000mm. 6.
