The ACP is a material which is composited by the aluminum and the plastic core through the poly-felted film . The structure is as follows :
The front side: aluminum coated with polyester resin or PVDF coating.
Core: nontoxic polyethylene/non combustible material
The back side : aluminum with/without polyester coating
The standard Specifications :
1) The whole Panel thickness is always about : 3mm, 4mm,
2) Aluminum thickness: 0.15mm,0.21mm,0.30mm,0.40mm,0.50mm
3) width: 1220mm ,max 1550mm
4) length: 1000mm ; 2440mm; 3000mm; 4000mm,6000nn
5) Coating: PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) or Polyester or Acrylic Acid (seldom used today)
The 1220mm ¡Á 2440mm is called the standard panel .
