Features
     The suitable environmental temperature for the whole electrical control system is from 10 to +40, the power source should be 3-phase, 5-wire, 380 V and 50 Hz. The total installed capacity is 750 KVA.
      There has ten control system: DC speed adjustment system, temperature control system, dynamic data indication system, sag control system, screw speed and output linear control system, water-nitrogen balance system, fault alarm system, production technology storage and pickup system, heating three-phase balance logic control system, maloperation prevention system, which are controlled by computer.
     The whole production line is controlled by a computer, including an electrical driving system, temperature control system, indicating system, fault alarm system for soundlight and power, production technological procedure storing, lending system and mal-operation preventing system etc., which is the up-to-date automation system in the world.
The whole production line can be not only synchronously increase or decrease its speed, or operate reverse, but also can regulate individual machines. Two pay-off and two take-up stands, upper and lower belt type caterpillars are controlled by 4-quadrant DC reversible driving controllers. Based on the speed of upper belt type caterpillar, according to the position of the cable in the vulcanizing tube, sag takes out the off-center signals and joins in adjusting the lower belt type caterpillar, to guarantee the cable always being at the central position of the vulcanizing tube.
      Both the pay-off and take-up stands are of active driving type, which, owing to the precision tension control in working status, are enable to run stably and to keep the same speed, even though in the course that drum diameter is always changing. During changing pay-off stand drums, accumulator automatically completes clamping conductor, releasing conductor, resetting, and indicating in the touch screen.
3 sets of industrial TV monitors are used for viewing the working status of pay-off, middle point of catenary, and take-up, while the telephone system is for communicating between each working point.
