Hydraulic Double-Cylinder Pre-Heater

Description features:1. Engine: The 20 horsepower water-cooled electric-startup diesel engine with three-cylinder inline, low noise and environment friendly has the indication of water temperature, voltage and engine oil, whose max rotating speed is 2200r/min.
2. Stirrer: The diesel drives stirrer to run through the gear pump, the dual control valve, the overflow valve and the hydraulic motor.
3. Hydraulic tank: The tank is designed with windows, hot-spreading slice and indication of oil temperature.
4. Heating system: A 15kg petroleum liquefied gas storage tank is used to respectively supply gas to furnace chamber and outside sparker lighter. The furnace is the imported four-circuit furnace, which equip with low temperature combustion system which makes the liquefied gas burned more fully and economical. The connection pipes are weldless steel pipes and rubber pipes with heat and pressure resistance, and the heater adopts electric spark to start. The heating temperature can be freely adjusted in the scope of 0-300¡ãCaccording to the different kinds of coating.
5. Melting pot: The arc punching bottom pot which is made of special steel with anti-scorching, high temperature and oxidation resistance, and the vertical vane type multi-hydraulic stirrer make more paint to melt with better quality.
6. Thermometer: The imported heating oil conduction sensing thermometer with high temperature and shock resistance makes the temperature sensing more accurate.
7. Operation control: The manual dual control valves respectively control two stirrer in the two cylinders to do positive and negative agitation.
8. Warmer system: Heat reservation materials, and the multi warmer system make the time of warm longer and the efficiency higher.
9. Ventilating system: Four dumping chimneys at the top of the pre-heater fully discharge the smoke in the chamber.
10. Feeding port: The intermeshing and close feeder makes the on-off more safety, accurate and convenient.
11. Structure: The integral welding structure design with high strength and high temperature resistance. The overall plate is made of cold rolling steel with oxidation and high temperature resistance, whose surface has been sprayed paint with abrasion resistance and high temperature resistance. The pedal plate is made of anti-skid steel sheet.
12. Safety device : Equips with automatic protective device, when overload, which can automatically breaks away in emergency and ensures the safety of the operator and equipments.
