Description features:Paper-plastic bag making unit model CTD-1300 uses single side laminated plastic wovencloth (or plastic woven cloth laminated with paper) and craft-paper as rawmaterial,after two/three/four-colour printing,paper lining,punching,sticks the websides to form a tube,cuts it into separate tubes in desired length,counts andpiles the finished tubes.The unit can produce packing bags of various shapes,such as bag with/without gussets,evenopening bag or valve bag.The unit is equipped with rational mechanical devices and electric system.The wholeproduction process,from feeding,printing,punching,tube formation,side sticking,tubecutting to conveying and stacking,can be completed with high automation.Theunit comprises of printing machine,dual working position plastic woven clothunwinding machine,dual working position paper unwinding machine,punching device,tubeformation and gusset folding machine,plastic extruder,heat cutting machine,conveyingand stacking machine,electric console,accessories and spare parts.The economy valve cutting mechanism is available by customers' request.With thiscutting mechanism more than 2% material can be saved (provided bag length is 80cmand valve height is 4cm).
