The fluorocarbon coating series is made of Poly Vinylidene Fluoride (PVDF), in which F atom can form extremely stable C-F bond due to the greatest electronegativity of F atom. Moreover, symmetrical molecular structurein PVDF brings a series of perfect properties such as chemical inertness, ultraviolet light photodecomposition resistance and insulation. As a result, PVDFcoating on alloy shows excellent weatherability, acid and alkali resistance,chemicals resistance and dirt-proof.?The fluorocarbon coating series is mainly used for coating of AluminumAlloy, Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel and other Alloy materials. For example,PVDF coated Aluminum Alloy, Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel plate have beenwidely used in outdoor decoration of shopping center, gymnasium, airport, TVtower, lettering building and market, taking advantage of protection and glorification on the buildings for the purpose of protection and beautification.
