Under the authorized patents approval in China & Germany of original flexo ink-offering system & offset rubber fabric printing technology, absorbed some technique from Taiwan or other country, with below characteristics:
A)changing printing length by touching monitor control panel without replacing the printing cylinders, gears or any spare parts, printing area is available from 400-1200mm at will, realizing the any-size-printing (asp) technology.
B)no allowance accuracy color register: The thickness or the tension of rolled materials and the speed of printing never affects the printing accuracy. Color register allowance: +/-0.2mm.
C)one step two sides 9-colors printing (front side:5 colors + back side:4 colors) with accurate & sharp printing results. Immediately printing once machine turned on and pre-color-register is unnecessary.

1. Transaction unwinding unit: Automatic joint another unwinding roll without machine stopped with epc technique
2. Automatic printing machine: Automatic ink circulation system, aniloxes automatic up-lifted and once machine stopped, ink rubber rollers and aniloxes automatic mixing the ink in low speed.
3. Winding unit: Mechanic correction with semi-auto roll changing with machine stopped.
4. Electronic control system: Central controlled by plc, driving by servo motor and speed adjusting by inverter, human-machine-interface (hmi) implement the data enactment or modification, the running parameter monitoring or logging, the alarm system for materials finishing or loading. One-step-adjustment (osa) system to modify one motor or whole machine running parameter.
